- Do I have to be a member to place an order?
Absolutely not! But why not join the journey? We will never add you to any communications list automatically, you will have the option to sign up for anything or nothing at all, and if you change your mind at any point, just let us know.
- How can I pay for my order?
You can pay via the following methods:
- Credit card: All of our transactions are processes safely and securely through PayU so you don't have to worry about fraud.
- PayPal: If you have a PayPal account and you choose this option at check out, we will email you a link where you can complete your transaction. All payments must be received within 3 business days from your order to be processed. Otherwise your order will be canceled and the item which you have ordered will be up for sale again.
- Bank Deposit: You can pay for your purchase via Bank Deposit using the below bank account. All payments must be received within 3 business days from your order to be processed. Otherwise your order will be canceled and the item which you have ordered will be up for sale again.

- When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped via UPS. You will get an email notifying you of the status of your order at every stage of its journey to you. We will send you a tracking number with which you can check the status of your shipment. Orders within Turkey should arrive within 3 business days though exceptions are always possible. Unfortunately we can not estimate how long international shipments will take due to customs procedures. We can not assume responsibility for orders after they have left Turkish customs however we will do our best to assist you if you encounter any issues, you can reach us at hello@hunerthebrand.com.
